AI Specialist – Agentic AI & Process Automation

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist with a strong focus on Agentic AI systems to design, build, and operate autonomous AI agents in production environments.

Your mission: automate complex business processes using LLM-driven multi-agent architectures, tool integration, and scalable AI system design.

You will operate at the intersection of AI engineering, process optimization, and software architecture.

• Design and implement AI Agents for business process automation
• Build multi-agent architectures (planner/executor/critic patterns)
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Implement tool-use capabilities (APIs, databases, file systems)
• Orchestrate workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance
• Build scalable AI infrastructure (cloud / on-prem)
• Collaborate with business units to translate processes into AI workflows

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or similar
• Several years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Python
  • LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.)
  • Prompt Engineering & RAG
  • API integration
  • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.)
• Experience with agent-based AI architectures
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of software architecture and DevOps

Nice to have:

• Experience with model fine-tuning

• AI governance & compliance knowledge
